投入式超声震板装置由震板及超声波发生器两部分构成。当标准型号的超声波清洗机不适用于特定工作环境时，除了可以定制特殊规格外，也可采用投入式超声波震板装置。在现存设备中，如果已有普通清洗槽，则增加投入式超声波震板装置，改装成超声波清洗机。全不锈钢结构，耐酸耐碱，美观耐用。采用分体式结构，震板与超声波发生器之间采用带插座的高频连接，使用及保养均方便。安装布置灵活，根据需要超声辐射面可布置在清洗槽的底面、侧面或顶面。
